Targa Resources is currently seeking candidates with a bachelor’s degree to be a part of our Rotational Analyst Development Program (“ADP”) for  Development Analyst positions to be located in Houston, TX and Tulsa, OK..  These positions are part of our Company-Wide Analyst Development Program.

 

THE TARGA RESOURCES ANALYST DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (ADP)

The ADP consists of three, one-year rotations providing challenging and meaningful work assignments that provide direct job experience and are impactful to the business. The diverse rotations—combined with coaching, development and a built-in network—enable participants to build skills and explore different areas of the company. Our goal is to expose ADP Analysts to our business operations and provide them with valuable skills, knowledge, colleague interaction and development over the course of the program, preparing them to join a business role upon completion of the third rotation.

 


  MINIMUM PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS: 

 

  •   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or an IT discipline
  •   Excellent academic record meeting a graduating GPA of 3.0 or greater
  •   Strong leadership, analytical and communication (oral and written) skills
  •   Ability to think critically, solve problems independently and exercise excellent judgment and common sense in a fast-paced environment
  •   Ability and willingness to interact effectively with all levels and varieties of functional areas
  •   Highly organized and detail-oriented
  •   Proficiency in Microsoft*Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  •   Regular and reliable attendance and accountability
  •   Eligibility to work in the United States without time limits or sponsorship
